JFM pride ourselves on being able to provide expert guidance on technical matters. There’s not a lot we don’t know when it comes to service charge collection, landlord & tenant law and keeping your common areas in the best order.
We do recognise, however, that our clients will require access to other professional services in order to uphold their obligations. JFM have an excellent network of carefully chosen service partners to achieve this. From surveyors and solicitors to brokers and accountancy firms, we only work with high-calibre people.
We’ve opted not to provide these services ‘in-house’ because we want to retain 100% independence in these areas and give our clients the right to choose who they work with. We’ve found this approach to be more effective than the so-called ‘one-stop-shop’ approach since a free-market drives up competition, and thus standards.
