To further celebrate the launch of our bespoke block & estate management service for Resident Management Companies, JFM have announced a fantastic offer. As of today (15 June 2015), new clients which sign up before 1 October 2015 will receive between a 10%-15% donation directly from JFM into their reserve fund or operating service charge account.*

We know how tough it can be to get funds raised for non-routine projects such as security upgrades and communal redecorations. A cash injection is always welcome, therefore, to get much-needed building works off the ground.

As a cash donation, the funds can also be used in much less restrictive ways than day-to-day service charges. So essentially Resident Management Company Directors can spend this sum as they wish on behalf of their company’s members, without need for consideration of the usual factors, such as ‘reasonableness’ or whether the works equate to an ‘improvement’.

*Donation is payable on the condition that the client engages JFM for no less than 1 year. Donation will be paid on the first quarterly fee payment date within a financial year, from the date the management agreement is signed. Our quarterly payment dates are 1 January, 1 April, 1 June and 1 October.
